We used Senate Transportation for Miami N2 Taylor Swift Eras Tour on October 19 from Four Seasons Brickell. Senate sent a detailed email describing the pickup location at the hotel, complete with photos, but the bus was nowhere to be found. Customer service did not respond to calls and Instagram messages from the almost 15 passengers waiting there. Luckily someone walked around the hotel perimeter and found the bus parked somewhere completely different and alerted the rest of the group in the nick of time.

We used Senate for night 2 of the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Miami after hearing the horror stories about people using Rally and are so happy we made the switch! Pick up and drop off were a breeze and they were able to drop us off/meet back up at the very front of the stadium so we didn’t have to walk far at all. Would 100% use them again! They also had a reaction on board which was great while we were in concert traffic.

Visiting from out of town, we really appreciated the clear communication leading up to the event. The ride to and from the stadium felt like it flew by. My teen daughter and I used Senate Transportation to get to/from the Taylor Swift show in Miami. Senate was fabulous! Great communication, clean bus, on time, perfectly reliable! We heard horror stories about people who used other bus services and Uber/Lyft, but Senate ran like clockwork. Thank you for helping to make our mother-daughter trip so wonderful!

Perfect for hassle free big events!! We went to N3 of Taylor Swift & didn’t sit in traffic nearly as long as others! The bus was great, our driver Edgar was awesome & efficient 😜! Greg did a great job of communicating & keeping us on time. Super easy & friendly, it’s really a no brainer if you don’t want to fight traffic!

This service was great! We weren’t staying at a hotel on their typical route but made a change to accommodate us (4 people). We used the service to attend the Dave Matthews Band concert which was sold out. Traffic was horrific afterwards but we conveniently met the driver where he dropped us off and drove by hundreds of people waiting for Uber! So glad we opted for this service!

Great service! Booked them to go to a concert that’s about 45 minutes from where I lived. The bus was comfortable and the driver, Orlando, was friendly and very safe on the road. Dropped us off at the venue. I was a little worried about finding the bus afterwards at a large venue with thousands of people departing but it was a breeze – the driver shared locations and I found him easily. Got home and back safely and for a fraction of the cost had I booked an Uber same day. Actually, round trip was less than 1 way Uber, when I checked! Awesome service and I will be using them again.

We could not have asked for anything better than this service. Book them whenever you don’t want to do the driving. The vehicle was clean. Their employee checking you onto the vehicle was very courteous and polite. They were PROMPT. On time to the minute! And also solicitous and accomodating when a situation arose for one of the passengers. I will always use them when given an opportunity to do so.

We used this service for The Rolling Stones concert at Camping World Stadium in Orlando. If you know anything about downtown Orlando, the traffic and parking are a nightmare.
Very easy to book online and the morning of they provided the drivers name and phone number. Louis was on time and gave us great instructions on how to find him after the concert. We would definitely use this service again!
